Our Legacy
It all began in 1970 when James Williams (JW) and his father, Pete Horne, started a septic business. Years later, JW passed his expertise to his nephew, Bryan Horne, who transformed those skills into a full-service septic company.
After two years of clearing land, Bryan recognized a growing need for expert septic services. With that inspiration, he launched Top Notch Septic Service to serve the local community.
